What is an Arc Video Assessment?
The Arc Video Assessment consists of three short pre-recorded video responses, which will be evaluated using artificial intelligence. If needed, a member of the Arc Team will review your responses individually.

At Arc Hospitality Recruitment, we want to ensure you feel prepared for your assessment.
Below are the three assessment questions you’ll be asked:
1) In temporary roles, you often work with new teams and clients. How do you make a great first impression in a new workplace?
2) Why do you want to work for Arc Hospitality Recruitment?
3) Describe a time when you went out of your way to satisfy a customer. What was the outcome?
Top Tips!
- Open the assessment link using Google Chrome.
- Ensure both your microphone and camera are turned on.
- Do NOT read from a script. Try to answer naturally rather than reading from a script, as this can affect your score.
- Speak clearly and confidently.
- Show your personality – we want to see the real you!
- Read the questions carefully and take a moment to think before you answer.
- Find a quiet, well-lit space, record in a quiet space and make sure there is no background noise.
- Each response should be no longer than 1 minute. (You have up to 1 minute and 30 seconds if you do need the extra time.
