As part of your application, you are asked to provide passport / identification style photo for on-site verification.
Some venues or events will have a higher level of security. This will require an enhanced accreditation which may include a photo of staff expected to work on site as well as other additional information or further verification checks. You will be contacted directly by the Arc team if any additional accreditation is required for a shift.
Criteria and Considerations
✔️ White background
✔️ Head & Shoulders only
✔️ No filters, not blurred
✔️ Facing forwards, eyes open
✔️ Face free of obstructions, no glasses, hats or head covering (unless it’s for religious or medical reasons)
Photos provided are used for accreditation and employee verification purposes ONLY
