Term dates are dates set our by a University or educational provider and outline your academic year.
Documents showing term dates often include:
- Name of University or Educational provider
- Start date of term
- End date of term
- Seasonal holidays
- Educational holidays
- Exam or assessment days
- Study periods
Proof of term dates can be a screenshot from the University website, letter from University or tutor confirming dates on headed paper or University email. This document must include both the dates and the name or URL of your University.
Term dates are different to your CAS letter. Term dates are issued by the University or educational provider. They may appear on a CAS letter but not in all cases. Term dates may be posted online, to find this you can google your university, 'term dates', and then the academic year you are in e.g. 2025/2026.
When uploading the picture, you need to ensure it has the URL of the website and the university logo if appropriate. If you have been requested to submit term dates please upload by submitting a request here.
