If you have not had the next steps within 48 hours after submitting your right to work, this may have failed.
Your Right to Work is submitted via our partners at Trust ID. If this has failed and this could be for one of the following reason:
- If uploading a passport, do not cut off the MRZ code along the bottom and make sure there is no glare.
- If you are on a Visa or have a BRP, you MUST upload a share code, we cannot accept any other forms of ID such as a UK or International driving license
- If you are on a student visa, we will also need an upload of your term dates - this needs to be a clear outline and must include the university name or logo.
