Sorry to hear you have not received your payment. This could be for a few reasons:
1. Is today definitely pay day? Pay day is the 5th of every month, unless this falls on a weekend and therefore it would be the Friday before.
2. Have you worked a shift after the cut off point? Our cut off is the 25th of every month, if you work a shift after this date, you will not be paid until the next pay day.
3. Have you checked the correct bank account? We use the account details provided when you signed up with Arc and completed the onboarding form, have you got more than one bank account? If you're not sure which details you provided, you will be able to access your onboarding form from your emails.
4. Have you checked the income section in Ubeya? Have your shifts been processed?
If you have checked all of the above, it may be that you have provided the incorrect bank details and therefore if your payment has been rejected or bounced back. We will contact you as soon as possible, however it may take up to 5 working days.
