What happens if I haven’t worked a shift in 3 months?
At Arc, we follow HMRC payroll regulations, which require us to remove inactive workers from our payroll system. If you have not worked a shift for 3 consecutive months, your Arc account will be deactivated, and you will automatically receive a P45 via email.
We will send you an email notification to inform you of your upcoming deactivation.
Can I return to work with Arc after deactivation?
Yes! If your account has been deactivated and you would like to work with Arc again, you will need to complete the Re-Joiner process:
🔗I used to work for Arc and I would like to rejoin!
Since you have not worked for a while, we will need to recollect your details so we ensure you are paid correctly, this will include providing your Right to Work documents and bank details via the Re-Joiner form.
We’d love to have you back, so if you’re ready to return, complete the above steps and get back to working exciting shifts with Arc!
